Our journey started with a simple question: "What could make our lives better?"
To answer this question, we had to look at who we were as a group. What do we enjoy doing? What kind of people are we? Where are we in our lives?
We pondered these and various other questions until we came up with our answers.
We were college students, both undergraduate and graduate, that enjoyed to cook but found various points of inconvenience in the entire cooking process.
We struggled to find good recipes online, and the ones that we did find were either articles with too much preamble and too little instruction or videos that were detailed but hard to navigate.
We struggled to find recipes that did not ask for expensive and exotic ingredients like truffle. And we needed a way to make cooking easy, simple, and, ultimately, fun.
From here the basic idea for Foodle began to take shape. We had identified a problem and so, we began to create our elevator pitch.
We wanted to target the hundreds if not thousands of our peers -- college students who wanted to cook regularly but did not have access to sufficient income, time, and skill.
