The last thoughts before I fell asleep were of Matt's fascinating lecture and the value it holds in these unprecedented times.
I awoke with goosebumps and the sound of distant voices. Damn, it was cold. I then threw on some pants, said my good mornings, and headed to breakfast as rain droplets collected on my face. The breakfast was nice, solid 6 out of 10 (which is pretty high to me). Jess and Erica explained the plan for the day, and we were off!
I rode with Crispy for the first time. She's a cool person. As we do a pit stop for a good view, Crispy directs me to smell this plant.
"What does it look like?" she asked.
"Chamomile," I said with confidence.
She tells me it's Wild Chamomile or Pineapple Weed. "You can eat it..." she said.
I took a bite.
"..But I wouldn't recommend it."
I spit it out.
We get to this waterfall spot and it's real nice outside. Who knew water could carve the surrounding rock so nicely? I did! Anyway, here's a picture of me and Rodrigo and Ayush. What a bunch of chillers. OH! Let me tell you about this icecream. Oh man. Ok so at first I thought it was gonna be like those pizza places that claim to be the "World's Best Pizza" when really there's five places down the block with the same self-named title. But no, my expectations were beyond surpassed. Let me tell you something... this ice cream could fix a broken marriage, this ice cream hit all the right parts of my mouth, you get the point. From the blueberry basil to the honey comb crunch, I give it a well deserved 9.1/10
Also now we have a ASED secret handshake that everyone knows about.
