Fiberglass Fire Blanket

Fiberglass is a material consisting of numerous extremely fine fibers of glass. Glass fiber is formed when thin strands of silica-based or other formulation glass is extruded into many fibers with small diameters suitable for textile processing. These are useful because of their high ratio of surface area to weight. However, the increased surface area makes them much more susceptible to chemical attack.

This cloth includes properties like High Tensile Strength, Dimensional Stability, High Heat Resistance, Fire Resistance, Good Thermal Conductivity, Durability, etc. In All Fire Blanket Customized Sizes Available.

Ceramic Fiber Fabric

Ceramic Cloth is a woven fabric made from high quality alumina silica fiber and especially mechanically needled for increased tensile strength and surface integrity in form of ceramic fiber yarn. It can be used for high temperature applications up to 2300º F. The cloth is reinforced with fiberglass filament, and optional Inconel/alloy steel wire. Ceramic fiber textiles feature excellent properties of lightweight, low thermal conductivity and chemical stability resisting attack from most corrosive agents. This cloth is widely used in welding, foundry works, aluminum and steel mills, boiler insulation and seal, shipyards, refineries, power plants and chemical plants.

Vermiculite Coated Ceramic Fiber Fabric

Vermiculite Coated Ceramic Fabric has high vermiculite content of 10 to 12% and provides vital support in the process of Collecting molten metal slag. These can be used as an alternative to asbestos based textiles and offers low thermal Conductivity as well as superior dielectric strength. Also coming with superior corrosion resistance, these are used at 2300°F / 1260°C Continuously, molts above 3000°F / 1650. It is available in Roll size of 3.2mm X 1m X 30m; Weight (kg/roll) of 45kg and Reinforcement of SS wire.

High Silica Fire Blanket

High Silica Fabric is made of inorganic fiberglass fabric with more than 96% SiO2 content after calcification. The post treatments make its weight from 850g/m2 e-glass fiberglass fabric to 600g/m2. Except for 96% SiO2, the acid treatment and calcination improve the fiberglass fabric to a materials with higher softening point and higher density. Softening point of this 1200 C high silica fabric is close to 1700 C. And it can be used at 1100 C continuously.

Non Asbestos fabric or High silica fabric is a flexible, high strength, stable physical/chemical properties material. Because of these features, it is always used for fire, welding blanket and thermal insulation sealing. This 1200g/m2 1.3mm thick high silica cloth is woven in satin(also called break or twill weave) weaving. Standard width of this heavy duty high silica fabric are 91.44cm and 100cm. Color can be white or brown.

Silicon Coated Fiberglass Fire Blanket

Darshan Safety Zone provides Satin weave silicone coated glass fiber fabric with many varieties of coating weight, colors and widths for difference applications. Twill/Plain weave silicone coated glass fiber fabric is an engineering material; it is non-flammable, corrosion, high temperature.

Silicone coated glass fiber fabric choose high temperature resistance fiberglass cloth as basic material, coated silicone rubber by advanced technology. Plain/Satin weave silicone coated glass fiber fabric from Darshan Safety Zone structure and impregnated or coated one side or two sides with a special composite silicone rubber.

Aluminum Coated Fiberglass Fire Blanket

Aluminum Foil coated glass fiber fabric is Available with Silver Reflective color and 1000mm width for difference applications. Twill/Plain weave Aluminum coated glass fiber fabric is an engineering material; it is non-flammable, corrosion, high temperature.

Graphite Coated Fiberglass Fire Blanket

Graphite Coated Fiberglass Fabric offered assists in enhancing abrasion resistance as well as its working performance at higher temperatures including at 1022°F /550°C Continuous, 1202°F /650°C for long time as well as in higher temperatures for short time periods.

This fiberglass fabric is especially suitable for use in hot & dry conditions as well as in aggressive working environment where flexing can lead to damages of untreated fabrics. Coming with 1022°F /550°C Continuous rating, this fiberglass fabric also features superior insulation value as well as provides for desirable personnel protection.

Some of the areas where these are used in include for providing protection from welding sparks when used in form of protection blankets/ curtains. Some of its other applications include as plumbers pads, as high temperature fabric seals and others.

Temperature varies from LT-1050℃(1930°F), RT-1260°C (2300°F) and HTZ-1425°C (2600°F). It is available in a wide variety of thickness, widths and densities.
