Mrs. Diana Ratiu

My name is Diana Ratiu and I am excited to continue my work as Instructional Support Teacher at Thornwell School for the Arts.

I graduaded with a Major in Special Education and Psychology in 2005. In 2020, I graduaded with a Masters in Management, Couseling and Special Education at the Babes-Bolyai University in Romania, my country of origin.

I will be serving 1st through 5th grade students using the Pull Out/ Small Group Model, which includes cooperating with the child’s teacher, as well as pulling students into my classroom at different times to make their learning successful. 

Communication between home and school is very important. I encourage your active involvement so your child can have the best school expericence possible. We look forward to another great school year!!!
