Additional Local Resources:
NAMI South Carolina recognizes that youth are experiencing a plethora of emotions caused by isolation, uncertainty, and the loss of many rites of passage such as prom and graduation. To respond to the stress and anxiety our students are up against, NAMI SC has created two new outlets to reach them: an Instagram and YouTube channel. On each, students will have access to positive coping skills, emotional validation, encouragement, and more. You can find them at @endingthesilence_SC on the Instagram app or at instagram.com/endingthesilence_SC using your web browser. Similarly, their YouTube channel will also have a series of videos moving forward that we hope will be validating and encouraging to your students. You can find them on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCY84zdb1fV4-pCCC_TJwH8A.
