Age Requirements
4K: Child must be 4 years old by September 1, 2026
5K: Child must be 5 years old by September 1, 2026
Registration
Returning Students: Students who attended school in DCSD during the current school year should click on the "Returning Student" box at the bottom of this page. From there, they should log in to their Final Forms account, select the correct school year, and follow the instructions. For further instructions, click HERE
New Students to DCSD: Any student whose guardian does not already have a Final Forms account will need to register as a "new student". Click on the New Student Registration box and follow the instructions.
Parents/Guardians will need to complete registration online.
Documents Needed:
Proof of residency (no cell phone bills or driver’s licenses)
Immunization record
Birth certificate
Proof of income or SC Healthy Connections Medicaid card (4K only)
