CPRMC Project SEARCH Daily Schedule

Workday: July-May, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am- 2:40 pm

8:00-9:00 am Employability Skills Training: Sign in; daily living/employability skills lessons, i.e. problem-solving, teamwork, decision-making, budgeting, check writing, nutrition, and resume-writing instruction. CPRMC Project SEARCH® follows an approved Project SEARCH® curriculum.

*The day begins at 8:00 am. You are late if you arrive after 8:10 am.

9:00-2:00 pm Internship Sites: You will participate in non-paid job internships throughout CPRMC. You will rotate through three different internships throughout the internship year. You will return to your department to learn job-specific and employability skills. When internships are finished, you will return to the training room.

LUNCH: Lunch times might vary based  on department needs. You can use your meal ticket or bring your own lunch. You may eat in the dining room or at a designated break room in the department.

2:00-2:30 pm Reflection/Planning:        

2:40 pm Sign Out

Internships last approximately 10-12 weeks and are arranged to meet the needs of both the business and the interns. We follow the Darlington County School District calendar.
