Individual Payment
Seniors: Click on "Prom, Senior 24/25"
Juniors: Click on "Prom, Junior 24/25"
Fill out all information (leaving the Non-DHS Student section blank), read the rules, sign the "Prom Rules Agreement" and have a parent sign the agreement
Inviting a Guest
DHS student in another grade: Fill out the "Non-Senior DHS Student" or "Non-Junior DHS Student" section
In 24-48 hours, the school store will be open for that invited student to purchase a ticket and sign the prom rules agreement
Non-DHS Student:
Click on the attachment below the Prom Rules section in My School Bucks, print the form, obtain the required signatures, return the form to the main office
Once your guest is approved, an additional payment link will be open in your My School Bucks School Store. You will be required to pay for your non-DHS guest
Prom Rules Agreement
Initials of both parent and student are required. The Prom is a school sponsored event and all school rules apply.
The Prom begins at 7:00 pm. No one will be admitted after 8:00 pm without prior permission from an Assistant Principal. Students will not be permitted to leave the Prom until 10:00 pm.
All items brought to the Prom are subject to search.
Students will be breathalyzed at the entrance to the Prom as stipulated by school policy. Consumption, possession, or transmitting of any intoxicants, alcohol, electronic cigarettes, or any illegal drugs prior to or during the Prom is prohibited. Any student in violation of the Darien Board of Education policy on drugs and alcohol will be referred to the custody of their parents (after notification of the police or emergency personnel if necessary), and will be subject to disciplinary action.
Students unable to conduct themselves in accordance with school rules will be removed from the Prom and referred to the custody of their parent/guardian.
Driving / Parking
Students/parents are responsible for transportation to and from the event. No one will be admitted after 8:00 PM.
Drop-off is at the main entrance.
Parking attendants will direct those students who drive to the parking areas.
The check-in lines will be inside the venue.
