Educational Philosophy
I believe every student is capable of learning and growing. I see value in allowing students to make mistakes as part of the learning process. I believe a growth mindset is essential to becoming a successful learner. Creating an environment in which students feel safe, welcomed, and supported is important to their classroom success.
There is very rarely homework in Technology Education due to the various applications and tools used during class that students may not have access to at home.
