Your Dapper Haus Experience

1. Book Your Fitting
Begin your experience by scheduling your private fitting by phone or email. We recommend booking 4–6 weeks before your event to ensure the best selection, availability, and a seamless experience. We can coordinate orders within 10 days, and rush orders are available (see #6). 

2. Consultation, Measurements & Styling
During your appointment, we’ll learn about your event, help you explore style options, take precise measurements, and provide a detailed pricing quote. A 50% deposit secures your rental and allows us to begin preparing your order.

3. Pickup Week & Final Try-On
Your suit or tuxedo will arrive the week of your event. We’ll schedule a final fitting to ensure the perfect fit and make any necessary adjustments or exchanges quickly and efficiently.

4. Look Dapper at Your Event
Your outfit is yours to enjoy through the end of your event date. Step in with confidence, look your best, and make every moment memorable.

5. Easy Return Process
Return your items the next business day following your event, or arrange a convenient pickup in advance. All items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

6. Rush Orders Available
Need your suit or tuxedo sooner? Rush rental services may be available for orders placed 10 business days or less before your event. Additional rush fees will apply based on availability, timing, and order requirements.

7. Photos & Media
We may capture photos or videos during fittings or events to showcase the Dapper Haus experience. Clients are welcome to opt out at any time.

How Much does it cost to rent or buy a suit/tux?

We strive to remain competitive with regional pricing while delivering a level of service that goes far beyond the standard formalwear experience. At Dapper Haus, every fitting receives the time, care, and attention it deserves, and every rental includes a complete premium ensemble with all the essentials for your event.

Pricing adjusts as the market changes, but most clients can expect to spend $200–$300 for a curated, high‑quality rental look tailored specifically for them. For those who prefer to purchase, complete ensembles typically range from $500–$800.

What accessories do you carry? 

We offer an extensive selection of accessories to complete any look. Our inventory includes a wide range of ties, bowties, vests, pocket squares, cufflinks, suspenders, and shoes in numerous colors and styles — giving you the freedom to match any theme, palette, or aesthetic you have in mind.

Matching your wedding party will never be an issue.

How do I book a fitting?

You can schedule your fitting by phone or by sending an email request. Recommended booking 4–6 weeks before your event ensures the best fit and availability.

Do you have a physical store?

Not at this time. Dapper Haus is currently a fully mobile, concierge‑style service. We are planning to expand into a physical location in the future — we’re simply waiting for the right space that matches our brand and the level of service we provide.

Do you offer rentals and suits for purchase?

Yes. We offer both suit and tuxedo rentals as well as suits for purchase for weddings, proms, galas, business events, and more.

What brands do you carry?

We are an official Jim’s Formal Wear retailer, giving you access to one of the largest and most trusted formalwear inventories in the country. Our in‑house collection is expanding soon to include cowboy‑cut suits and premium blazers, offering even more options for Hill Country style.

How does the mobile fitting service work?

We come to your home or preferred location for a private, one‑on‑one fitting. Measurements, style selection, and pricing are all handled during your appointment.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve New Braunfels and the surrounding Hill Country area.

What is required to reserve my outfit?

A 50% deposit is required at your consultation to secure your rental and place your order.

When will my suit or tux be ready?

Your ensemble arrives the week of your event. We schedule a final try‑on to ensure everything fits perfectly.

What if something doesn’t fit?

We handle exchanges quickly. Your final fitting ensures everything is right before your event.

When do I return my rental?

All rentals must be returned the next business day after your event. Pickup can be arranged if scheduled in advance.

Do you offer group fittings for weddings or events?

Yes. We can coordinate fittings for groomsmen, prom groups, or any event party. Group scheduling is available by request.

Do you take photos or videos during fittings?

We may capture photos or videos for marketing purposes. Clients may opt out at any time. Minors require written consent from a parent or guardian.

What sizes do you carry?

We have a suit for just about everyone. Our inventory accommodates sizes ranging from the little ones all the way up to 6X, ensuring a comfortable and sharp fit for every client. 

Prefer not to be fitted at home? 

No problem, we offer several comfortable, private locations around town to accommodate you and your party. Whether you’d like a quiet lounge, boutique space, or reserved meeting area, we’ll arrange a setting that suits your schedule and comfort.

Dapper Haus is built on more than 50 years of family formalwear experience — a legacy where customer care and getting it right have always mattered. Owner and operator Curtis Campbell grew up in that world, learning early that every client’s event is important, every body type deserves a perfect fit, and individual style should never be overlooked.

After a 20‑year career in the United States Air Force, Curtis carried forward the values that defined his service: attention to detail, excellence in all things, and disciplined time management. When he moved to New Braunfels in 2020, he immediately recognized a gap — the Hill Country lacked a truly premium men’s formalwear outfitter that put the customer first. Dapper Haus was created to fill that gap.
