The HRMDD assists in the achievement of the Academy’s strategic thrusts, performance goals and objectives by ensuring adequacy of human resource with the right competencies to deliver development products and services. It also administers personnel-concerns to ascertain well-being while at work.
The HRMDD is responsible for:
3.7.1.4.1 Recruitment, selection and placement;
3.7.1.4.2 Employees performance management;
3.7.1.4.3 Compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition;
3.7.1.4.4 Career pathing and succession planning;
3.7.1.4.5 Employee welfare/wellness/well-being;
3.7.1.4.6 HR records management and maintenance;
3.7.1.4.7 Training and development; and,
3.7.1.4.8 HR policy-formulation, design and implementation;
3.7.1.4.9 Translation of acquired knowledge into corporate policy, process improvement, or quality training interventions;
3.7.1.4.10 HR policy-formulation, design and implementation; and
3.7.1.4.11 Implementation of HR-related government, initiatives, policies, rules and regulations.
