General Rules and Regulations

Your kind consideration and cooperation will be appreciated for your assistance as parents/guardians to ensure that the following rules & regulations are observed.

Age Criteria

• Crèche: Age 3 month + first day of school          

• Afterschool: Age 1 year + on the first day of School

• Summer School: Age 1 year + on the first day of school                                                                                                          

• Nursery: Age 3 years + first day of school

School Timing

• For Crèche and Nursery: 8:00 AM to 4.00 PM

• Drop off and Pick up Hours: 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM

• • Regular attendance and punctuality are desired. In case of long absence a Medical Certificate should be produced.

  • Children who arrive at school before school time and leave after school time will be cared for by onsite nannies.

  • If you need transport facilities, please fill out a Transport Request Form.

  • Please be punctual for arrival and departure timings of school.

Uniforms

• Children must wear neat and tidy school uniform with grip socks and shoes.

• Provide a handkerchief / napkin and two extra pairs of clothes for your child in their school bag.

• Field Trip T Shirt to be worn on Field Trip visit days only.

• Only school bags, lunch bags, feeding and water bottles are allowed in school.

General

• Both boys and girls should keep their hair neat, fingernails short and clean.

• A child will be handed to the parents ONLY or the individuals who have been registered in advance to pick up the child.

• If anyone other than the parent will be required to pick up the child, please fill out the Pick Up Validation Form.

• Do not send valuables with your child to school. For safety, jewelry should not be worn either.

• Please notify the school office for any change of address or telephone number.

• In case of illness, please report any complications or illness to the teacher or coordinator as soon as possible especially concerning communicable diseases.

• In case of withdrawal, you need to give 4 weeks notice during the term. Transfer Certificates will be issued only after clearing all payments.

• The school provides breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner options. Please be sure to provide adequate snacks, beverages and or breakfast for your child if they are not eating school meals.

• If you need to send any money through your child/driver, please put it in an envelope with the name of the child.

Particulars to be submitted along with the admission form:

• A certified photocopy of the Birth Certificate

• Two recent passport size photographs

• Resident Proof of Parent 

•  Medical History Form

• Original progress card from previous school

• Pick Up Validation Form

• Transportation Form
