For Instrument Repairs:

Click “Repair Services”
Click “Request a Repair”
Fill out all necessary information and click “Submit”
NOTE: Families can also call (508) 366-5994
The rep will deliver a loaner instrument to the school and pick up the repair.
IMPORTANT: Please have the student remove everything except the instrument from their case. This way, mouthpieces, reeds and any other necessities don’t get left behind.
Upon completion, the repair will be delivered back to the school and the loaner instrument will be returned.
IMPORTANT: Remember to have the student swap all things back to their instrument.
Band Expectations
It is strongly recommended that students commit to playing a musical instrument for the entire school year.
Students will bring their instrument and music stand to all lessons and band rehearsals.
Students are responsible for keeping a daily practice chart. (Students should practice a minimum of 3-4 days a week for 20-25 minutes each day.)
Students are responsible for completing any missed class work that occurs during their instrumental music lesson.
Attendance at all band rehearsals/concerts is mandatory. Absence due to illness requires a note from the student’s parent/guardian. All other conflicts should be addressed to the child’s instrumental music teacher in writing at least one week prior to the concert.
Unexcused absences and tardies have a negative impact on the group. Three or more unexcused absences or tardies may lead to ineligibility to participate in the instrumental program.
Instrument Lesson and Full Band Rehearsal Schedules:
Instrument Lessons occur once a week during the school day throughout the year.
Full Band Rehearsals will occur once a week before school. We will begin rehearsing at 7:30am.
Returning students will begin in September, date TBA.
Beginner students will join mid-year, date TBA.
The winter concert will be during the school day. The spring concert will be in the evening. Dates TBA.
