Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Dangling Dice Studio (the "Developer", "we", "us", or "our") accesses, collects, uses, and shares your personal and sensitive user data when you use the AI Calculator application.

- Account Data: If you create an account, we securely collect and store your First Name, Email Address, and a unique authentication identifier (UID) via Firebase Authentication.

- Profile Data: We may collect your Date of Birth (optional). This is strictly used locally to personalize your daily Horoscope reading and is not shared with advertisers.

- Calculation History: We store your past AI calculations and standard math expressions in Google Cloud Firestore so you can access them seamlessly across your devices.

- Images and Prompts: When you use the "Solve with AI" feature, the images you capture/upload or the text you enter are temporarily processed by Google's Gemini AI API and Google ML Kit (on-device). We do not use your personal images for advertising or public model training.

- Device and Advertising IDs:** To serve ads in the free version of the app, third-party advertising networks (like Google AdMob) collect your device identifier and advertising ID (e.g., GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS).

- Analytics and Crash Data: We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to collect usage data, interactions, and crash logs to understand how the app is performing and to fix technical bugs.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We share necessary data with trusted third-party providers strictly to operate, analyze, and monetize our app:

- Google Cloud & Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Functions): For database hosting, secure user authentication, and backend infrastructure.

- Google ML Kit & Gemini AI: For processing images, text recognition (OCR), and generating AI homework solutions.

- RevenueCat: To process and manage your Premium subscriptions securely. RevenueCat handles your purchase history but does not have access to your payment methods.

- Google AdMob: To serve targeted and non-targeted ads in the free version of the app. AdMob may use device identifiers to personalize ads depending on your device tracking settings.

- **Google Analytics & Crashlytics:** To track app usage, feature engagement, and application crashes.

3. How We Use Your Data

- To provide, maintain, and improve the AI Calculator features.

- To process your subscription transactions.

- To sync your calculation history across your devices.

- To serve relevant daily motivational content (Horoscopes).

- To display relevant advertisements (in the free tier).

4. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we use commercially acceptable means of protecting it (such as strict Firestore Security Rules). But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

- You can delete your calculation history directly from the "AI History" screen within the app.

- You can request full account and data deletion by contacting us directly, or by using the Account Deletion feature within the app settings (if applicable).

6. Children's Privacy and Age Verification

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of consent in your region). To ensure compliance with child safety regulations like COPPA and GDPR, we use services like the Google Play Age Signals API.

How it Works: This API informs our app whether Google considers your account to be under the age of consent, without sharing your specific age or birthdate with us. It provides a signal (e.g., "minor" or "not a minor") that helps us apply the correct privacy protections automatically.

If the signal indicates you are under the age of consent in your region:

- Ad Personalization is Disabled: We will instruct our ad partners (like Google AdMob) to disable personalized advertising. You may still see ads, but they will not be based on your activity. This is often referred to as setting the "Tag for Under Age of Consent" (TFUA).

- Analytics are Limited: We will limit the collection of analytics data to protect your privacy.

- Feature Access: We may restrict access to certain features that are not suitable for younger audiences.

- Data Sharing: We will not knowingly sell or share the personal data of users identified as being under the age of consent.
