22.5 hours per week (Term time plus INSET and 2 weeks holiday working)
Working pattern: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8.00-16.00
Pay range: H3 point 5 £25,583 FTE plus £1,045 fringe allowance
Actual Salary: £13,850.53 including fringe

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at St Clement Danes School
Core Purpose
To provide outstanding administrative support for the school under the direction or instruction of senior staff.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include receiving all incoming telephone calls to the school, receiving visitors to the school, dealing with all incoming and outgoing post and other reception duties.
Additional responsibilities shared by the team include:
Admin support for: staff CPD, school calendar, events, detentions, school facility hire, parents' evenings, staff briefings, new staff starters
Admin support for the Senior Leadership Team and Heads of Year as required
