We are currently embarking on an exciting second chapter in our school’s story. Having already established a reputation for academic brilliance, becoming the highest achieving non-selective school in the Watford area for GCSEs in 2025 as just one example, we are now refining what it means to pair high aspiration with genuine inclusivity.

This role is different. At many schools, SEND is a departmental focus. At Croxley Danes, it is a strategic priority. We are therefore looking for a forward thinking leader who does not just manage provision, but shapes it.

To ensure you have the platform to effect real change you will join our Extended Senior Leadership Team. This means you will have the authority to contribute to decision-making at the highest level. You will also drive whole-school impact, shaping decisions based on evidence and best practice, giving you the creative and professional scope to innovate. In addition, you will lead a culture of inclusivity, supported by a leadership team that views SEND provision as being at the heart of our inclusive mission.
