Costume Organization Process
All costumes will be received in a garment bag on hangers. All tights and accessories will be located in the bottom back pocket of the garment bag.
For each event where the costume is used (photo day, dress rehearsal week, and show day), it is HIGHLY recommended that costumes are brought in the provided garment bag with the appropriate label.
Dancers in multiple routines should have their garment bags in order of when the costume is needed based on the show line up. This will help when student helpers are assisting students with changes. It is also recommended that shoes are put in the bag with the corresponding costume to make for easy changes.
Quick Changes: if your dancer has a quick change (less than 3 numbers between routines), costumes must be in the garment bag with the appropriate label. These garment bags will be put in the quick change area so costumes outside of these bags are more likely to be misplaced.
