Attendance & Absences

Please notify us via Email or APP if your actor will be absent.  IF your actor has to miss a rehearsal they will need to make sure they have communicated with director, assistant director, dance captain about what they missed.  They will be responsible for checking google drive to learn what was missed.

Communication 

We primarily use email, text and our APP Notifications for studio updates. 

We also use social media for certain announcements. 

Please Check messages regularly to stay informed.

Your Jackrabbit account is where you can find info regarding your child’s classes, tuition, waiver, attendance, leveling etc.  

This can also be accessed by the APP.

Safety & Emergencies

All participating students must have a signed waiver on file. In case of emergency, staff will contact the guardian listed.

There are fire exits, and emergency lights in every room.  Additionally, the girl’s bathroom is a safe room.

Studio/Weather Cancellations

Parents and Students will be notified by 2pm if studio is closed. Notifications will be sent through text, email & posted on our social media.  Edmond/OKC School closings do not determine DU closings.

Medical

Please list any medical issues and/or allergies on your child’s account and discuss with front desk and child’s instructor. We want to ensure that each child is safe.  Additionally, please stay home if you aren’t feeling well!
