EMAILS: 

Emails are our main channel of communication. Please make sure you receive emails from info@danceredoor.com as well as from your Fired Up Director & Instructor emails listed above.

BAND APP: 

Our Band App is used to post reminders, updates, as well as practice videos for dancers to watch. This is a safe way to allow your kids to practice without having to allow them to be on social media. While we will always send important info through email, we will also post in this app. Please download here. You can set notifications to alert you when something has been posted so you don't miss anything.

TEXTING: 

We understand sometimes text messages are needed for fast information, particularly if we are out at an event. Please review our new texting policy regarding texting staff members below.

All "text messaging" will be done through the studio's main line or through the Band App. The Band App allows you to directly message a staff member. 

• To text the studio's main line please text 972-490-4446 and one of our Customer Care Team members will help you during business hours. This is best used for rescheduling/canceling private lessons, communicating illness/absences, adding/dropping classes, questions about billing/payments/tuition. Reminder that once teachers are in the classroom teaching (usually around 3:00 or 3:30) they often will not see messages until their next work day. Many of our teachers are in the classroom until 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM and later and cannot respond to messages while teaching.

• To directly "text" Ms. Emily or Ms. Tilley please use the Band App. In bottom left hand corner click the message icon. On top right click the plus sign and click private chat room then select the person you are needing to message. This is best used for messages or questions when we are out of the studio at events (competitions, shows, etc.) or notifications that are not time sensitive you want to send your teacher, videos for your teacher, etc. Otherwise, email is the best way to communicate or to schedule a phone meeting.
