Picture days are May 30 & 31st and will take place in Studio C. Purchasing individual photos is optional, but we ask that even if you are not purchasing individual pictures that you still attend your group pictures so that we have them for posterity!

Pictures FAQ
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled picture time to allow yourselves time to park, get changed, and get upstairs.
Where should I change?
Please do not wear your costume to the studio--bring your costume in the garment bag and change once you get here. You can use the bathrooms at the studio or the pop-up privacy tents to get changed. This helps keep your costumes in tip-top shape for the performance.
What do I need?
Costumes: Bring your costumes in their garment bags and have the correct accessories and tights for your dance! Confirm that you have the correct shoes and all costume pieces are in your garment bag. All of these details can be found in the look book and on your garment bag label.
Hair & Makeup: Hair details can be found in the look book and on your garment bag label. Makeup for pictures can be light or no makeup -- the camera is much closer to your face than the audience, so heavy makeup is not necessary!
The list of routines for which you want to order pictures. Please make sure you know the names of your dances as it will make filling out the order form much easier!
What other things do I need to know?
Pictures take place in studio C. It can get cramped, so you can absolutely change downstairs and then head up for your pictures.
We ask that parents stay outside the room during your class’s pictures. This helps us reduce distractions inside the studio (and makes sure that your kids are looking at the camera instead of you)!
Order forms and payment will go directly to the photographer on picture day. If you forget to order or need to modify your order, please reach out so that we can connect you directly to The Field Gallery.
Pictures are delivered via Dropbox links within a few days of pictures. Please make sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t seen them within a few days.
Purchasing pictures is completely optional (but trust us -- you’ll want them). Even if you aren’t planning on purchasing individual pictures, please still come for your group photo so that we have them for posterity!
