U.S. Flag Program:
Once again the WT White Softball Team has a fundraiser this year promoting our school and country. For $75 we will place an American flag in front of a person’s house on an American holiday and pick it up a few days later. We offer this service around our school (within walking distance….to allow our players to easily put out and pick up the flags)
If you do not live near our school….please consider supporting this effort by donating and we will place a flag at our field with your name on it. It will be displayed at the regular US Holidays AND at each of our home games.
Support the W.T. White High School 2024-2025 school year Girls Softball Team!!
Help us create a dramatic patriotic display in our neighborhood while supporting the W.T. White High School girls’ softball program.
For just $75 we will place a beautiful U.S. flag affixed to a pole in your front yard to celebrate 7 patriotic holidays per year. The flags will be placed a day or two prior to each holiday and removed a day or two after the holiday, depending on the day on the week it falls. The W.T. White Softball Booster Club will retain ownership, maintain, and store the flags between holidays.
Cost: $75
Sponsorship: The Longhorn Softball Booster Club
Installation: A 1-inch PVC pipe is driven into the ground near the center of the yard, about 18 inches from the curb and below the grass line so it will not be visible. Flags are on a 10-foot metal pole and will be inserted into the PVC pipe.
