Ms. Jones

Hello and welcome to our library. My name is Ms. Jones and I can't wait to get this school year started.  I began my journey in education six years ago, in which I taught kindergarten and second grade. I have also  worked with students in Pre-K through 8th grade. I graduated with my masters in Library Science and finished my teaching certification in Spring of 2020.  I hold certifications in School Librarianship as well as SPED, and ESL.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, crafting, and spending time with my family. I live with my fiancée, three beautiful daughters, one guinea pig, and a turtle. 

I am passionate about teaching and spreading the love of reading and learning in order to create life-long learners. I look forward to working with each of our Gooch Gators and getting to know what they love to read. Together we will make it a fantastic school year.
