Dallas ISD  Off Campus Athletics

Students in 10th-12th grade may request a period for off-campus athletics at a Dallas ISD school. These requests cannot be processed until the counseling office has received the appropriate form from the school or program where the athletics course occurs. The form must be completely filled out by the coach of the athletic program and then signed by the principal. We cannot process Dallas ISD Athletics requests until all parts of the form have been completed and submitted.
