My name is Coach Brian Davis. I was born in Indianapolis, IN. I am a proud product of Dallas ISD, having graduated from Skyline High School in 1987.
I received my Associates of Arts degree in 1990 from Southwestern Christian College and my Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business & Production from Middle Tennessee State University in 1993.
Both of my parents are educators. My mom is a college professor, and my dad is a retired Dallas ISD Principal. From their influence, I began teaching in Dallas ISD in 1999. This is my 22nd year as a teacher. Deciding to become a teacher was one of the best decisions of my life.
Coaching is one of my passions. I love all sports, but I have been blessed to have had tremendous success in Track & Field, through the Dallas Blaze Track Club, where I was able to help some awesome kids win 12 National Championships. I have also been blessed to win 5 straight Dallas ISD Elementary School Track & Field Championships with the awesome students of R.C. Burleson Elementary School, where I served for the first 18 years of my career.
I am excited about serving the students of Eladio R. Martinez Learning Center for the 2020-2021 school year!
