Cindy Cervantes is currently working on her 6th year of teaching.  This is her first year teaching Dual Language One-Way in pre-k 4.  Cindy earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas Woman’s University. You can find her at Stevens Parks elementary school where she is currently the Culture Committee vise-president. 

Cindy is committed to providing ongoing learning opportunities for her students, seeking new ways to effectively differentiate instruction for each learner in her classroom.  Ms. Cervantes is a member of The IMPACT Vanguard team and a Digital Palooza ambassador. 

She has created many interactive activities for her students in Seesaw.  These activities are engaging, goal oriented, differentiated and student led. Cindy continuously works in small groups with her students.  Cindy has also created and implemented a daily schedule which allows for students to work together in breakout rooms where online learners consistently work alongside in-person students.
