Ms. Skinner is originally from Houston, TX, and is in her 6th year as a Dance Director in the Dallas Independent School District. She has over 13 years of dance experience as a dancer, choreographer, judge, and teacher. She is extremely passionate about the fine arts and proud to be part of the Charger family.
