The vision of the Daleville High School Comprehensive School Counseling Program is that students are confident, responsible, resilient, and prepared individuals who recognize their strengths and believe in their potential.  They make informed and responsible decisions, advocate for themselves and others, and use effective skills to overcome challenges and navigate life’s transitions. They build and maintain healthy relationships, demonstrate personal responsibility, and continue to grow personally and professionally.  They are pursuing  meaningful academic, career, and life goals and are prepared to contribute positively to their families, communities, and society as productive and engaged citizens. 

Daleville High School is a diverse and growing area near Fort Rucker Army base in Dale County. The county is made of several small communities including Daleville, Level Plains, some parts of Newton, some parts of south of Enterprise, and Clayhatchee.  We are a culturally diverse system that consists of an ethnic makeup of many different backgrounds in addition to serving a number of military-connected families. 

Daleville City Schools has one high school (9-12th grade).

Daleville High School consists of a student population of approximately 300+ students. Daleville High School has one full-time school counselor that services a population of approximately 80 ninth graders, 75 tenth graders, 76 eleventh graders, and 80 seniors.

We have approximately 53 members of the faculty and staff including the principal, one assistant principal, one school counselor, and one career coach.
