1. What is DailyPay?
DailyPay is a NurseDash-sponsored benefit that allows you to access your earned income in advance of payday.
2. What type of income is available through DailyPay?
You will have access to payments for completed shifts where you successfully clocked in and out on time through the NurseDash App as scheduled. Please note that shifts completed before successful enrollment, bonuses, shifts that require timecard adjustments, cancellation pay, and shifts that have been punched in/out early/late compared with the schedule will not be eligible for DailyPay's early extraction. Funds for timecard adjustments and mismatch clock in/out will be made available after the facility either verifies your time with our dedicated payments team or approves your time through their facility portal.
3. Is DailyPay a loan?
DailyPay is not a loan. It’s simply an upgrade to NurseDash's payroll system that allows you to access your pay faster than you'd otherwise be able to.
4. What are available earnings?
The amount shown as available in your DailyPay account (previously known as Available now) is the portion of your money that you can transfer before payday. Look at the available earnings to find out how much you can transfer today. Note that the earnings available to transfer will never represent 100% of your earnings. DailyPay automatically determines the percentage of earnings you can transfer early. Don’t worry, on payday, you’ll receive the rest of your paycheck minus any transfers and fees. One last thing! This calculation is automatic and cannot be manually adjusted by either DailyPay Support or your employer. We’re happy to answer any further questions you might have about your available earnings. You can reach us through the chat feature or by calling DailyPay Support through the DailyPay app or website.
5. Why are my available earnings now variable?
The calculation that determines the percentage of a given shift that is made available has been updated. This allows our system to constantly learn from your earnings data as it is received. That means the percentage will change more frequently, even daily, as each new piece of data allows it to be more precise. This precision allows you to have access to as much of your earnings as possible but no more than the amount you earned from your employer.

Your Available Balance can be as high as 90% of your net pay. All final pay will be paid out on your regularly scheduled payday at no cost to you.
6. How soon after I work a shift will I be able to get paid?
Your shift payment will be made available in DailyPay upon shift completion. You must clock in and out through the NurseDash app successfully for payment to be available.
7. How quickly will I receive my money?
DailyPay offers two types of transfers:
Next-business-day and instant. The timing is as follows:
Instant = money is available instantly, 24/7, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Next Business Day = Transfers requested before 10:00 PM CST/11:00 PM EST are available in the morning on the next business day. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Please note: to use DailyPay instant transfers, you will need to enter your debit card or paycard number in the “Account Settings” area. Click here to add a debit card. This is because DailyPay instant transfers are sent through a different type of mechanism than regular (ACH) transfers sent to routing and account numbers.
8. How often can I use DailyPay?
DailyPay is 100% voluntary and can be used as often as you like, up to three transfers per day.
9. How much does DailyPay cost?
Like an ATM, you only pay for DailyPay when you use it. Next-business day transfers cost $0 each. Instant transfers cost $3.49.

Text “START” to 66867.
11. I didn’t receive my welcome email. What happened?
The email may have gone into your “Spam” or “Trash” folders, depending on your email service provider and email preferences. Check both folders and if possible, search for our company name or the word “DailyPay.” For Gmail users: you can also search in your “All Mail” folder. If you still can’t find the email, please contact DailyPay customer service or sign up using one of the options above.
12. I received a notification from my bank about DailyPay. What is this?
Depending on your bank, you might receive a notification about DailyPay after you request your first transfer and/or when you change your direct deposit information. This is called a “pre-note” and it’s not a charge – it’s simply a way for us and DailyPay to verify that your account number is correct. You can disregard this notification.
