Our Ebacus Program

An integrated program developed specially for the children between the ages of 4-13. The course enhances the child’s learning ability to perform calculations with greater accuracy and speed.

Little Learners Program

(4-6 Years)

Most young children learn to count numbers with the help of their fingers. Often it is difficult for them to comprehend numeric relationships beyond the number ten for lack of concrete countable objects. The abacus presents multi-digit numeric relationships in a concrete bead-based system. By using an abacus, young children can relate number values and comprehend mathematical concepts more easily. This is a very critical time in the child’s development as children learn essential problem solving and visual/spatial skills during this time. Optimal learning can occur when the child is engaged in an Ebacus classroom.

The Little Learners Program is ideal for kindergarten children (ages 4-6 years) to identify texts and numbers and handle simple arithmetic calculations. A specially designed abacus for easy use as well as engaging classroom activities allows children to succeed.

Young Achievers Program

(7-13 Years)

An integrated program developed especially for children between the ages of seven and thirteen. The courses enhance your child’s ability to perform calculations with greater speed and accuracy. By the end of this program, children will be proficient in computations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication and division without the use of a concrete abacus, or in other words, they will be able to visualize and perform complex calculations without an abacus to assist them. In addition, strategies such as SHARP MEMORY™ minds maps will be used to enhance the visual memory of a child to extent that they will be able to recall a great a deal of information that was briefly presented to them. Such strategies can easily be transferred to assist children to succeed in school-based curriculum.

Young MasterMinds Program

This program is designed for children who have completed the Young Achievers courses. Building on the accuracy and speed in computation they have gained in Young Achievers, children will become efficient in calculating square root, performing order of operations and as well as complex addition, subtraction, multiplication and division questions with decimal numbers. They will also be proficient in addition, subtraction, multiplication and division questions involving multiple-digit numbers.
