Director: Katherine Dahl
Tech Director: Daniel Rosenberger
Acting Coach: Agustine Welles
Tech Advisor: Clint Webster
Drama Club Advisor: Elise Milling
Mrs. Dahl was a Mesa Verde parent for 12 years, and an MV Drama Club parent for 6 years (when Mr. Sykes was the director). She was also the Westview Theatre Booster President for many, many years. Her professional job is physical therapy, but she is a lifelong amateur “performing arts junkie.” She has just enough training and experience in dance, vocal music, instrumental music, choreography, music directing, theater tech, sewing, and crafting that, in 2022, she decided to take on the crazy adventure of directing theater productions! She wants the drama club students to work hard, learn new things, and have a lot of fun while performing and tech crewing.
“I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across waters to create many ripples." - Mother Teresa

Mr. Dave Sykes was the drama teacher at MVMS for many, many years. He directed the Mesa Verde Drama Troupe, which performed plays, musicals, and musical revues. Mr. Sykes inspired a love of drama in his students, and many went on to successful high school theatre careers (and beyond). He retired from teaching in June 2018. In 2019, Mr. Agustine Welles was the guest director for our spring play.
