Job Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
> Manage university's social media platforms.
> Regularly update platforms with news and positive activities to enhance visibility and reputation.
Event Management:
> Plan and organize central and departmental events.
> Ensure the success of different events at DIU.
Branding and Promotion:
> Co-convener of DIU Promotion and Branding Committee.
> Oversee all aspects of university branding to uphold its image.
Media Communication:
> Prepare Press Releases, Media Invitation Letters, and features on DIU's various departments.
> Deal with inquiries from the public, press, ministry, embassy, and other organizations.
Client Interaction:
> Deal with clients visiting the university for advertising purposes.
>Monitor and follow up on all promotional materials and logistic support.
Student Support and Admission:
> Provide support to students as per their requirements.
> Every Semester some students from my networks admitted
Advertisement and Billing:
> After program completion, publish DIU advertisements in various dailies and magazines.
> Prepare and forward advertisement and program bills to accounts through the proper channel.
Observation and Implementation:
> Keep a close observation of all activities at DIU.
> Implement various promotional activities through posters, banners, festoons, etc.
Media Communication:
> Communicate with media personnel (Print & Electronic) randomly.
> Create DIU promotional items as per requirements.
Other Activities:
> Activities assigned by the authority.
>Convocation.
>Foundation Day.
>Occasional Tasks.
Additional Responsibilities:
> Working as a Rover Scout Leader at DIU Air Rover Scout Group.
