Academic Support & Engagement
Anna has spent over 15 years helping students discover their strengths, build coping skills, and prepare for their futures. She earned her bachelor’s in Human Development and Education and her master’s in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from SUNY Buffalo State University. As a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor, Anna shares practical ways to bring calm and focus into busy lives. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, friends, and her
pit bull, and makes self-care a daily priority.

Summer Writing Specialist
Hannah is very excited to be working remotely as the Summer Part-Time Writing Specialist in the Office of Academic Support and Engagement. Hannah Donner earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and minored in French at the University of Rochester. She earned her master's in education from the University at Buffalo, specializing in English for Speakers of Other Languages. In her free time, she enjoys running, spending time with her friends and family, and nature walks with her dog, Daisy. This summer, Hannah is here for you!

Writing Specialist

Adrianna has worked with Daemen since October 2022. She is the Writing Specialist in the Office of Academic Support and Engagement.
Adrianna Avilés earned a Bachelor of Arts in Writing and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing both from SUNY Buffalo State University.
She earned a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Writing: Critical Studies Literacies and Pedagogy from Michigan State University
In her free time, she enjoys listening to records, spending time with her nieces and nephews, and exploring coffee shops.
