Meet Shanda A. Williams, M.Ed., your go-to operations guru with a knack for logistics and a heart for community. With two decades of expertise, Shanda is a master at critical thinking, organizational wizardry, and strategic planning. She brings certifications in DEI, Change Management, Executive Leadership, and Performance Leadership, laying a rock-solid foundation for her professional triumphs.

Currently, Shanda serves as Vice President of Operations at 4Mativ, where she leads efforts to optimize managed services and streamline operational processes that enhance educational outcomes. Her role emphasizes strategic guidance and organizational growth.

As Associate Director at Ase’ Holistic House (AHH), Shanda is the ultimate counselor, advisor, and strategic thought-partner to the Executive Director, tackling challenges head-on while cultivating a learning culture. Shanda’s dedication to community service also shines through her board memberships with two non-profits: EJs H.E.A.R.T. Inc. and Ase’ Holistic House. 

Shanda’s personal experience as a mom to two daughters with neurological impairments has deeply influenced her mission to help companies achieve operational improvements through effective systems and support structures. Their resilience and determination are a daily source of inspiration for Shanda, driving her commitment to excellence in her professional life. Shanda also serves as the parent representative of her girls' school on Boston's Special Education Parent Advisory Council.

Now launching Dadli Consulting LLC, she’s bringing 20 years of experience to help organizations achieve meaningful improvements. Shanda’s upbringing on the beautiful island of Antigua, also known as Wadadli, taught her the value of community and working together to overcome challenges. This close-knit island spirit infuses her collaborative approach, ensuring that collective efforts lead to greater success and sustainability.
