Florida Bright Futures accepts specific College Board National Recognition Program awards to satisfy eligibility requirements, particularly for the Florida Academic Scholars (FAS) award.
The Florida Bright Futures Scholarship program accepts a National Merit® Scholar or Finalist designation as a direct pathway to qualify for the scholarship. Being named a National Merit Finalist allows students to satisfy the academic requirements for Bright Futures.
