Meet Mrs. Melton....

Hello.  My name is Angelicque Melton.  I have been teaching for 14 years.  I have taught many different subjects and grade levels, including High School Science, Middle School Math, and Middle School Science.  I grew up in this area.  I graduated from a Walker County High School.  I attended College at UTC and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Science and Biology.  I earned my Master's degree in Science Education from Western Governor's University.  I added Math to my license, along with Special Education and Gifted certification.  I have taught all grade levels of Middle School Math.

I am married and have 2 grown children.  My daughter is a nurse and my son is the Army National Guard Combat Medic and is attending University of North Georgia as a Cadet.  I have 2 dogs and a small farm with lots of animals.  

In my spare time I enjoy reading, travel, scuba diving, hiking,  photography, kayaking, SEC football, camping, and anything outdoors.  I love animals and nature and try to spend as time as possible with nature and new experiences.
