About DACAS

DACAS Solutions is a privately owned, bonded, and insured exterior power washing company. We started this company in Baltimore, Maryland with the intent to help keep the city clean. Our primary goal is to help reduce the rodent population. We decided to focus on cleaning dumpster areas within the city. Dumpster areas are our specialty but we can perform exterior cleaning services to various facilities including hotels, hospitals, schools, government buildings, churches, etc. Since then we have expanded to cover the DMV area. We believe in having a clean environment. The cleaner the environment, the better. 

My name is Dahoud Sanders (owner and operator). I worked for a power washing company in the past, mostly commercial. I enjoyed leading teams to complete major jobs such as multi-level parking garages and strip mall store fronts, for example. As the company switched leadership, I transitioned careers but never forgot my passion. Completing power washing jobs for family and friends. I finally decided to make it official and my dream a reality. Thus the birth of DACAS Solutions.

DACAS is an acronym. It stands for "Dumpster Area Cleaning and Sanitation". Driving trucks and delivering to various businesses, I was disappointed to see the state of the dumpster areas and loading docks. I saw a problem and DACAS is the solution!
