The Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Information System (DRRMIS) is a web-based system that allows the automation of reporting damage and losses by DA Operating Units (OUs) during calamities.
DRRMIS was developed by DA Field Programs Operational Planning Division (FPOPD) - Operations Management Information System (OMIS) in close coordination with DA FPOPD Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Section (DRReaMS).
General Objective:
Digitalize the established processes and workflows
Function as the central portal for data collation and reports generation of damage and losses in agriculture
Specific Objective:
Digitalize the existing damage and losses reporting system;
Capture real-time or near real-time damage and losses in areas affected by disasters;
Customize reports of damage and losses, depending on data sets needed;
Centralize reporting of rehabilitation and recovery interventions beneficiaries; and
Visualize geospatially the affected areas reported per calamity
