In this course you will learn:
The development and maintenance of skills related to strength, agility/flexibility, endurance and body composition.
The development of knowledge and skills regarding teamwork and fair play.
The development of knowledge and skills regarding nutrition and physical fitness as part of a healthy lifestyle.
The mental and emotional benefits of a physically active lifestyle; increased confidence, alleviating stress and anxiety.

As we switch to online learning, we will be using a new app for all of our physical education classes. Athletic U allows teachers to create and send individual workouts while also allowing them to track their progress throughout the semester. Students will be following the directions (right) to set up their account for the semester.
