Junior High PE
5th PE / 6th PE / 7th PE / 8th PE
In Junior High PE, the goal is to develop a higher competency of sport specific skills, develop a better understanding of personal fitness, and promote positive sportsmanship and cooperation. The students will go through a variety of units and activities that support each of these 3 goals.
PE requirements:
-Red Richland PE shirt
-Athletics bottoms (shorts or sweatpants- NO JEANS)
-Gym shoes
Check out Lockport High School "Go The Distance Challenge" In the 4 weeks, you need to keep track of the distance of any sort of physical exercise you complete. At the end of each week you will record your weekly distance! Challenge yourself!
