Use the activity log to keep track of your physical activity each day. You can either email or share the log with your teacher via online learning platform (seesaw/google classroom). Your PE teacher would like to use the activity log as an opportunity to connect and share feedback on your progress. You are encouraged to be physically active beyond your activity goal!

Choose your own activity path:

Option A:

Choose your own activities or use activities from this site to reach your activity goal (minutes of physical activity). Complete the activity log for each day.

Option B:

Use the weekly activities for your grade level and follow the plan for each day. Complete the activity log for each day.

Physical Activity Goal by Grade Level

Pre-K and Kindergarten

Complete 20 minutes of physical activity, 2 times a week.

1st - 5th Grade

Complete 30 minutes of physical activity, 2 times a week.

6th - 8th Grade

Complete 30 minutes of physical activity, daily.

*The recommended guideline for physical activity is 60 minutes a day.
