Build Your Reading Muscles!
Find a quiet, comfortable place free of distractions (computers, cell phones, television sets, etc.) Open your book and read. At first, read for about 15-20 minutes. Record how many pages you read in that time.
The next time you sit down to read, read at least the same number of pages you read the first time, only continue to finish the section/chapter. Keep doing this every day, challenging yourself to read more and more. This will help you build your reading stamina!
