Homework is an essential part of the Primary Challenge Program. Homework is intended to reinforce and extend learning initiated in the classroom and to serve as a tool to assess student understanding.

First and Second grade students will have homework each week. Homework is due the next week so they have plenty of time to complete it. It’s a good idea to get into a routine with homework. It’s easy to forget about it when you have an entire week to complete it. After the homework is complete, don’t forget to put the HORSE folder in your child's backpack!
