Fitness Center
Fitness Center: Students are shown how to work on the functional fitness
components of Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength,
and Flexibility. Form and technique are demonstrated and practiced. Safety
procedures are strongly enforced during workouts. Written tests and personal
fitness plans for 8th graders will culminate this unit.
