Target Heart Rate = is the range of numbers between which your heart and lungs receive the most benefit from a workout.
Radial Artery = a major artery that follows the course of the radius on the ventral aspect of the forearm to the wrist (thumb side or wrist), where it isfelt as a pulse, and enters the hand.
Carotid Artery = either of two major arteries, one on each side of the neck (below your jaw), that carry blood to the head.
Cardiovascular = relating to the heart and blood vessel, causing the heart to beat faster and harder for a period of time.
Flexibility = is the ability of your body's joints to move easily through a full range of motion.
Agility = the power of moving quickly and easily
Gastrocnemius = the largest muscle in the calf of the leg, the action of which extends the foot, raises the heel, and assists in bending the knee.
Quadriceps = a large muscle in front of the thigh, the action of which extends the leg or bends the hip joint.
Hamstring = a powerful group of muscles at the back of the thigh that arise in the hip and pelvis and insert as strong tendons behind the knee.
Femur = a bone in the human leg extending from the pelvis to the knee, that is the longest, largest, and strongest in the body; thighbone.
Fibula = the outer and thinner of the two bones of the human leg, extending from the knee to the ankle.
Tibia = the inner of the two bones of the leg, that extend from the knee to the ankle and articulate with the femur and the talus; shinbone.
Ulna = the bone of the forearm on the side opposite to the thumb.
Radius = the bone of the forearm on the thumb side.
Humerus = the long bone in the arm of humans extending from the shoulder to the elbow.
Cranium = the part of the skull that encloses the brain.
Sternum = A long flat bone, articulating with the cartilages of the first seven ribs and with the clavicle, also called breastbone.
Clavicle = either of two slender bones, each articulating with the sternum and a scapula and forming the anterior part of a shoulder; collarbone.
Patella = the flat, movable bone at the front of the knee; kneecap.
Phalanges = Any of the long bones of the fingers or toes, numbering 14 for each hand or foot: two for the thumb or big toe, and three each for the other four digits.
Biceps = The large muscle at the front of the upper arm that flexes the forearm.
Triceps = Its major action is extension of the forearm upon the elbow joint, in opposition to the biceps, located on the backside of the arm.
Gluteus Maximus = any of three muscles in each buttock that move the thigh, the largest of which is the gluteus maximus.
Pectoral = Relating to the breast or chest muscles.
Static Stretch = A stretch is held in a challenging but comfortable position for a period of time, usually between 10 to 30 seconds.
Dynamic Stretch = Any stretch that involves joint movement.
Deltoid = Muscle forming the shoulder.
