Call or text 988 for a mental health crisis. 988 is the new, nationwide three-digit number for mental health and suicidal crises. Call or text 988 if you or your loved one is experiencing suicidal thoughts. You will be connected to a trained crisis counselor from the existing National Suicide Prevention Lifeline network (1-800-273-8255). The counselor will listen, de-escalate, and provide support. You are not alone.
