Open System Preferences > Printers and Scanners > Remove both printers.
2. Reinstall the drivers from Self Service.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Add both printers from Self Service.
5. Open System Preferences > Printers and Scanners > Options > Utility > Open Printer Utility > Printer Information > OK.
6. Click on Authentication > Department ID > put in your ID > Save (note: you may need to save 2-3 times!).
7. Follow steps 5-6 for the other printer!
