On your Mac, click on the settings gear > displays > night shift > schedule custom. This will add a reddish tint to your computer screen to help offset the blue light. More information here.
Pull two tabs out of Chrome (click, hold, then drag a Chrome tab).
Put the first tab into full screen (press and hold the green button) and "tile" it to the left (or right) of the screen.
Now you can have the second open tab to the other side of the screen.
Note, I use the keyboard shortcut ⌘~ to switch between open Chrome windows.
Enter = opens selected item
S = stars selected item
T = opens settings
A = “right clicks” a selected file
. = share items
Shift+N = clears selection
⌘Z = undo last action
Shift+F = creates new folder
Shift+A = selects all visible items
Shift+Z = adds items to an ADDITIONAL folder
New Tab: ⌘T
Close a tab: ⌘W
Select address bar: ⌘L
Find a word: ⌘F
Make a bookmark: ⌘D
Refresh page: ⌘R
Quit Chrome: ⌘Q
