Welcome to the Herd is the theme of the BRES Field Day! The major focus will be on each class coming together to solve problems, challenges and create class unity!

Final Information for Parents

• For Parking please use the North side parking lot (main entrance side) and there is additional parking in the church lot to the west. Please do not park on Londonderry or Towner.

• To start we are implementing a Pre Check In Form this year! So using the following link you can pre-register for Field Day! You will be able to use the Pre Check In line and will need your state issued ID and receipt (on phone is fine) of the Pre Check!

• Second is while moving through the school please stay with your students teacher when in the building. As Falcon Elementary is in session it is important to be respectful and quiet while traveling through the hallways. You must stay with your student's teacher when in the building.

• Third, while each grade level will have 30 minutes for lunch, the cafeteria line does take some time and you need cash and exact change, as they do not accept cards and do not have change. It may be worth either bringing lunch or quickly running out and getting something locally.

• Fourth, at the end of the day after the Fun Run and FFD Challenge, you will have the opportunity to check out your student with their teacher. You will need to sign them out on the sheet with their classroom teacher and if you have students in more than one grade you must sign them out with each of their teachers.

• Each grade level has a color of shirt so that they can be part of their herd. ~ 5th - Green, 4th - Yellow, 3rd - Orange, 2nd - Red, 1st - Purple, Kinder - Blue,  ~, and Parent shirts are Grey!

Information for Parents

• Can you attend Field Day? As long as the weather is good and it is outside you are welcome to come to Field Day. Make sure that you check in at the office and get a Guest Pass. 

• If there is inclement weather Parents will not be able to attend. The decision will be made on Wednesday Afternoon and will be communicated then. We are planning for good weather and that Parents are invited.

• You will be following your student’s class around and cheering them on! 

• If younger siblings are coming, it is your responsibility to manage them. Due to safety they are not allowed to participate at the stations, siblings will be spectators and cheer on the students!

• Since Field Day has stations outside, please make sure that your student has the following with them to help protect them from the sun! There will also be water stations and first aid stations!

  • Sunscreen (applied at home), Water bottle, Chapstick, Hat and sunglasses

• Lunches are as follows regular day schedule and if planning to buy lunch check the Complete Parent Information!

• Field Day activities start at 8:50 and go until 1:15. Afternoon Events will start at 1:30 

• Each grade level has a color of shirt so that they can be part of their herd. Shirt Colors are as follows ~ 5th - Green, 4th - Yellow, 3rd - Orange, 2nd - Red, 1st - Purple, Kinder - Blue,  ~ and Parent shirts are Grey! If a shirt was ordered it will be delivered the Art room during the week to get the student handprint on it.

• If students have already have a BRES Field Day “Grow with Me” Shirt they need to bring it into Art Class during the week.
