When I was a first year teacher, I was alone in my department, district and basically had no idea what I was supposed to do. I spent a lot of time on the computer, looking at resources, trying to figure out what types of lessons worked best for me. After my first ACTE conference, I remember wishing that one of the sessions I went to would have just given me a website full of resources that I could use, or at least adapt to use in my classroom. Behold- the session/website that I wish I would have had as a new teacher. Many resources and projects on this website may be ones your currently use in class; however, I hope that you will at least walk away with one new piece of information/ project/ website/tool to use!
