Seesaw

We are using Seesaw for students in K-2 as our uniform Learning Management System. It is a platform for student engagement. Teachers can empower students to create, reflect, share, and collaborate. Students “show what they know” using photos, videos, drawings, text, PDFs, and links.

Seesaw will be the main location for assignments, information, feedback, and access to textbook resources and other technology tools. Login information will be provided to our students/families. Parents/guardians will also have access to their child’s SeeSaw account to review assignments, progress, and deadlines.

Using and Creating Activities in Seesaw to Assign Work to Students

Seesaw has an activities library with many pre-made lessons and activities that can be pushed out to students or edited before they are assigned. It is also easy for teachers to create their own activity and assign it to students. These activities can then completed by students and turned back in for feedback.
